Le catalyseur humain with Paquita Lamacraft

Jill travelled to France to catch up with Paquita Lamacraft a project manager or as best describes her 'a human catalyst'.

This episode sees Jill catch up with long time friend and associate Paquita Lamacraft in her new neighbourhood in South West France.

Having lived all over the world, Paquita’s latest venture to start a new life in France is ‘un morceau de gâteau’ compared to the challenges she’s faced bringing people to work happily together in a range of vastly differing workplaces and overcoming all sorts of challenges in the process. Using her skills as a ‘catalyst’ she’s brought about change which sticks and works.

Talking of ‘cats’ they went for a stroll in the village of La Romieu on one of the Camino routes spotting a selection of stone ‘cat’ sculptures’ en route.

We’ve turned off Teams to visit fascinating people in person in the places where they hang out to find out how they absorb and pass on new info.

The podcast is produced by Switched-on Multimedia, film and content producers for training and education.
